Returned and ordered the tried-and-true ramen; my favorite being the tonkotsu broth. Nice rich flavor. Love the noodles. And the kakuni, OMG! Cut at about I'd say 3/4" thick about slightly smaller than a deck of cards in size. Oh my, I love how the fat just like melts in your mouth. I chose the ramen over the tsukumen (noodles w/dipping sauce) because I wanted something (temperature) hot to eat. Oh, you can also choose the spice level as well. I usually go with mild just to add a little depth to the already delicious broth. Oh, and for a little extra charge, you can get more noodles. My previous review mentioned the chicken karaage... I loved it so much that I had to eat it again this visit. The combination of the chicken and the cupie mayonnaise is a winner. A note to myself... eat the chicken karaage before the tonkotsu ramen. The richness of the broth overpowered the taste of the chicken karaage. With this visit it brought the eating up a star from 3 to 4. The downside to this place is the parking situation. Since they don't have a designated parking lot, you have to be lucky to get a spot on the street in the vicinity.
Had the Super Menya Le Nood Ramen Bowl with a side of gyoza and karaage. The broth was garlic tonkotsu and was flavorful.  The pork is so good! The gyoza was served timely and it was served first, which is a huge plus and it was hot and crunchy and juicy. The karaage was probably my favorite, as it was served so juicy and crunchy. The ramen noodles was kinda soft but it was still good. Service was quick and friendly. We came at opening time and it wasn't busy, it wasn't till after we left the place was filling up. I might have to come back and try their tsukemen. The sizes was enough and I was so full that I felt bad not finishing everything as we had to take home left over chicken and a ajitama egg. The place is so clean and one of my favorite parts is the music playing. They played some temptations, supremes, and other 70s music. Awesome!
One of the few authentic ramen places on the island that I enjoy. My S/O brought me here and I definitely fell in love. Since then I've brought other friends who also enjoyed this place as well. The menu is simple and easy to understand and not be overwhelmed with so many different options. Offers both ramen and tsukemen. I always opt for the ramen but the tsukemen is good according to my S/O. The broth here is very hearty and flavorful so be warned that the meal can be very filling. I usually get the basic or kakuni ramen with either a goma or tonkotsu broth. They also serve baos, the shrimp and kakuni bao are both equally delicious to me. The gyzoa is cooked really well here a slight crispy crunch on the outside which I love. The pricing here is definitely worth it, it's not too crazy - well priced IMO. Seating is rather limited but not too tight. However parking can be really hard to find if the front of the restaurant is filled. Parking alongside the buildings around are your best bet, take note of tow away signs.
