Después de ver Nancy Forrester's Secret Garden, ven aquí a comer algo. Aquí vas a poder saborear unos famosos pasteles de cangrejo, una singular fondue de queso y un extraordinario filete. Probar su atrayente tarta de lima, su sabroso pastel de chocolate o su generoso pastel de lava de chocolate es lo que la mayoría de los clientes aconseja. Ven y tómate un insuperable chardonnay, un delicioso café martini o un irresistible ron. Horrible servicio, teníamos una reserva para fin de año, llegamos a nuestra hora y nos hicieron esperar, ( casi 30 minutos), no nos ofrecieron nada de aperitivo, y cuando nos dicen que ya tenemos lista la mesa, esta no tenía ni mantel, y era una mesa redonda en la que no cabíamos 5 personas, pedimos cambiar, nos pusieron una mesa mas grande dentro del local, cojeaba por todas partes.El camarero bastante desagradable, nada servicial, comida no de muy buena calidad, y relación calidad precio horrible. No lo recomiendo para nada!

We have tried Michaels three times, originally referred by a local. We have had one out of three good experiences here but after last night I'm pretty much done. So I'm giving two stars instead of one for the minority 'hit' portion of our 'hit and miss' dinners here. Read on if you think I might be too harsh. We come to KW every New Year. Two years ago we were a walk-in and were seated eventually at a bar table in the garden. My hubby thought the food was good... For me it was too traditional but not bad. Unfortunately, near the end of our dinner, another patron didn't want to wait for the restroom (located very near our table) and decided to urinate in the garden right next to us. He was too drunk to notice we were sitting right there. They did comp our meal but in my estimation it had already been a so-so experience for that price level. Last year we decided to try again and had a nice time during our 10:30 NYE reservation. This year, we made reservations for earlier and thought we would be clever by showing up a little early in hopes of being seated before our reservations. We sat at the bar, bought drinks and watched folks come and go until well past our reservation. We were finally seated at the rearmost table in the restaurant. There was nothing horrible about our dinner but in the same vein there was nothing special, interesting or really with the wait or $99/person (plus drinks). I honestly feel like I could have created the same dinner at home. The wait staff seemed beyond worn out which would be consistent with the mediocre management we've decided defines this place. The bottom line is that for the price, it's not worth your time or attention. Really. Don't bother. Read my other reviews for a dozen better places to go in KW.

My partner and I had an amazing intimate wedding reception dinner at Michael's Restaurant. The food, service, ambiance, and yes the drinks were AWESOME. Even though we were a small party of six, we felt like we had the place to ourselves in the private dinning room. All of our guests stated that there meals were amazing from the meatloaf, to the tuna nachos, and the brownie for dessert we were all stuffed and happy. This restaurant is the epitome of fine dinning and you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much for an amazing dinning experience. We will certainly be back!
