I left my review on open tables page but if you want I can do it again. I went to Michael's for my birthday dinner a little celebration to myself I was highly disappointed I've eaten here many times before And I've never had bad service or a bad meal But tonight was different; She crab soup was too salty, Widget salad was OK, Shrimp cocktail was luke warm instead of ice cold I don't know if that was on purpose or not, The mashed potatoes and the macaroni and cheese with the bacon in it both was very very bland, The steak itself was horrible I ordered it medium rare and it came at temperature good but for whatever reasons it tasted like it was charred to death it did not look charred But it was like they needed to clean the grill or if it was injected with something they use too much of it I really could not eat it But being the person that I am I asked a waiter to pack it up and I'll work on it at the house (I boiled it and whatever that charred flavoring was they use some of it came out and at that point it was palatable but also no longer at the temperature I preferred) I will be Suggesting to "Halls" that they Not recommend you As their equivalent alternative.

What an amazing experience we had at Michael's on the Alley! We dined on Christmas Eve, and it was also our Wedding Anniversary! I can't say enough about Christina Couture! She was so helpful and accommodating our last minute reservations. When we met in person, I felt like I had known her forever. Our server Mark was exceptional! His service and attentiveness was beyond the ordinary. I had the prime rib and my guest had the filet and they were so delicious and tender. Our experience was beyond my expectations and I will highly recommend this amazing dining experience!!
