My experience at the Denn's organic market in Esslingen was extremely disappointing. Despite expecting a pleasant shopping experience at an organic market, I was disappointed by the lack of customer care and poor service. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly. Inquiries were either ignored or answered half-heartedly, and there was a general lack of concern for customers. The selection of products was limited and often not fresh. The quality of the food did not meet my expectations of an organic market, and I did not feel well advised or supported in my search for healthy and high-quality products. Overall, my visit to Denn's organic market in Esslingen was a disappointing experience, and I will visit other stores in the future Consider those that offer better service and higher quality products.

We used to shop here almost every day, the best apples we've ever had and the tastiest bread. Since the takeover, the apples have been just as expensive, but almost worse than those from the discounter. Why didn't they take over the great supplier! We would even pay more for the apples if we only got this quality back. I used to always get the bread on the way to daycare, but now I've given up on it, the shelves are usually already empty, the bread doesn't seem so fresh anymore and the staff is almost always understaffed so you have to wait a long time. The Santa Claus campaign was a failure, even though we came to pick it up on time. After days of being told that the sets weren't there yet, the children were no longer allowed to take part because, despite a lot of advertising via email and on site, there was no communication at all few craft kits would be distributed. My kids were crying, but I didn't think it was that great. Something like this should actually be considered if you print it large in all offer sheets and then send another mailing specifically to customer card holders. With the predecessor it was always such a nice event every year. We used to go shopping here almost every day, but now I only come here rarely. The employees are always nice and helpful, they make an effort. Fruit and vegetables are too expensive for me for the quality. The eggs are great and the range is generally ok and the store is well maintained. We would just like to have these great apples back... we miss the natural good as it was a bit.
