Probably the best value ramen in Hong Kong. The taste is pretty good for what you're paying (I'd say better than most of the bigger Japanese chains in HK). Great place to grab ramen if you're in the area. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: No1 Ramen

I ordered the "Nagahama No.1 ramen", which comes with charsiu, roasted pork belly, seaweed, half boiled egg, pickled vegs and spring onion with medium firm noodles. The star of the bowl has to be the roasted pork belly and the tonkotsu soup base.The pork belly was super porky and tender with the charred smoky taste. The tonkotsu soup base is rich in pork flavor, but not overly oily. I really wanted to drink all the soup to reveal the message, but alas I was too full Noodles are ok, thin enough to pick up on the light soup base. The pickled vegs help alleviate some of the richness of the soup, but it's not so strong that it takes over the taste.It's a great place to go if you prefer lighter soup base. If you prefer a heavy soup base, then I'd suggest you try elsewhere.
