En este bar, pide sus singulares costillas, su perfectamente elaborado sándwich de costilla y su atrayente costillar asado. Cada vez que vengas, notarás su eficiente servicio. Su atmósfera esta cuidada, y muchos visitantes aprecian el concepto de Nitrous Bar And Grill. Pero las opiniones de los usuarios de Facebook no le dan una valoración muy alta a este lugar.

LOVED this place! Stopped in after searching restaurants in this area and reading Steven B.'s review. Was curious if a restaurant inside of a bowling alley could really be that good. It definitely was!! When we went in the early afternoon for lunch, we ordered the sliders with fries and a chicken and bacon quesadilla. Both were so very delicious! Not sure what the other reviews were talking about as far as the slow service because we did not experience that at either times that we were there, and it was busy. Later that evening, we stopped to see a movie and decided to stop back by Nitrous for some late night eats and drinks. The bartender informed us that the cook had left for the evening, which was disappointing. We decided to have some drinks anyway. They were very well made and the bartender was super nice. The atmosphere was awesome and there were a lot of regulars, who were also friendly. Definitely a great place to stop in Highlands county!

Just your average bar food and they where out of almost everything we wanted to order. Not sure we will go back anytime soon or recommend it to anyone else.

I'd like to say that this is a great place to enjoy a meal... I'd like to say that, but I can't. The service is by far and large the worst in Highlands County. If they moved any slower, I'm pretty sure they'd be going in reverse. We went for a birthday party, since the food was limited to pizza, I went ahead and ordered a few things for my kids to nibble on when we first arrived... It took 20 minutes just to PLACE the order. After ordering it was time for the kids to bowl... 10 five year olds bowling. It takes forever to bowl one frame, but they bowled all of them, and still no food. Bowled another game. Still no food. Pizza was served (i can only assume they ordered them the day before to ensure the kids could eat the day of the party). The kid opened his presents, and still no food. We had spoken to the "server" the manager, and some other woman walking around, all who told me it would be a couple of minutes, still nothing. This kid had his entire birthday party and we still hadn't gotten the food we had ordered more than 2 hours prior... We demanded a refund, which was not at all an easy task, and left. I hear the food is great, but I'm already in my 40's, I don't have the time to sit around for bar food. 2 hours for nachos is ridiculous. Can't really speak on how the food is, but I can say if you plan in eating there, don't make any other plans, you won't make them.
