La ubicación, personal y desayuno. Fantasticos. Pero es el peor Novohotel que he estado, la insonorizacion pesima, las puertas de mala calidad y que por obligacion tengas que pagar el parking me parece fatal. Menos mal que no era excesivamente caro. 10€ todo el día. Esta en medio de la nada, como no tengas como desplazarte estas listo.

Nice service at the frontdesk an restaurant. The rooms arent the newest off all. I have stayed at novotel eindhoven a few times before. They had nice service and the rooms are ok but this time the room i got was not cleaned at all. There was fungus on the bathroom floor the floor. the room was not cleaned after the previous guests because it was dirty and there was even medicine pill still on the floor. After complaining they send the maid who sopposedly cleaned but after i complained again they said that they cleaned but the fungus needed to be threated and they were going to cleane throuly again the next day. The place was full i think becuase they didnt give me another room. The food, pool was great. And theres also a kids playground with swings wich is great. Hope they fix theyre cleaning problems because i have two weeks booked.
