There was a smell of flour in the soup, and the food was even below average. The environment is not nice either. Even the non-smoking lounge smells like cigarette smoke. Only the service was fast. Frankly, I wouldn't consider going again. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

This restaurant generally has slow service and ok food, but my bad experience today justifies rating it low. I ordered an item which when it came had extra things that were not included in the menu description. I took one bite and could not have more. They refused to change my order, didn't ask what is wrong with the food, and then made me pay for it along with the second meal I had to take - which took nearly 20 minutes to come even though the lunch crowd had slowed down. Experience bad enough to never return, unfortunately. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₺600–700 Food: 2 Atmosphere: 2
