Had to come here because it's on so many foodie lists and it's always busy so it had to be good. It was. Right by the Argyle red stop on the corner with large windows to people watch or for people to watch you slurp noodles. I ordered the combo vermicelli, the lady ordered the pho, and friend ordered a sandwich. Shrimp and pork spring rolls for apps. Definitely would do just plain shrimp rolls next time but the mix wasn't bad. Didn't try the sandwich but it was a lot bigger than I expected (that's what she said). And the pho was flavorful with a ton of noodles and comes with a huge side plate of the normal pho fixings. I was planning on getting the pho too but thanks to the Yelp community, I kept seeing gorgeous photos of #83. So that's what I ordered and it was delicious! Large shrimps, tasty marinated beef, a weird pork thing shaped like a turkey, and a fried spring roll. Side note, it is canned soda and they charge per unit.
I've never been to this area of town before, but I'm sure glad I tried out this restaurant while I was there! I called in mid day for a reservation, and they were able to accommodate. When I got there a little bit early, they let me straight to my table that had a sticky note with my reservation on it. The whole place is very busy, but they were able to put some time aside to set a table up for me. The waitress who helped us was very busy, but she was able to check in multiple times during our meal. All of us really enjoyed our food! I got the #40 pho, which was pretty large. My friends also got the pork vermicelli noodles, and spring rolls. Everyone really enjoyed their food, I feel like you can't go wrong. Their menu is so extensive, but it gives a lot of great options. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!
Prices hiked up to white people have discovered us prices and pho broth was not piping hot.  Shocked at how much it lacked flavor.  What a disappointment.  Used to be the best.  Became too popular and lost its edge.  Catering to all the crowds may have caused a compromise to its flavor. Other shops down the street with much more flavorful broth.  Used to be around 7 dollars and a steal.  Now about 11 dollars and watered down.
