You really can't go wrong when one has the option of customizing and building your own pizza, and with Pieology Pizzeria, it's your mecca for a pizza fantasy feast!!! I remember my very 1st experience of Pieology Pizzeria was when I went to their very first location in Aina Haina many years ago. When I realized the pizza joint was like a Subway sandwich joint, but instead of making a sandwich.........you're working with a pizza! I totally went nuts & packed my pizza with so much crap on it, that when they fired it up, after receiving my pie, the pizza crust did not hold up well with the weight of stuff that I loaded on my pizza. Since then, I've wised up and learned to make a better pizza. Recently, Pieology Pizzeria opened another store in town, just across the street from Pucks Alley, as the pizza join is located downstairs from the Hale Mahana Apartments (new student dorms for U.H.) on the corner of King and University. The Pieology pizza joint is pretty clean, brand spankin' new looking! The restaurant has both outdoor, as well as indoor seating. The day I came here to eat with my friend, we decided to dine indoors, as the restaurant was not very crowded that day, and several tables were marked off/closed for social distancing. Pieology makes a great pizza, and the best part of eating here is that "YOU" customize, & make that pizza, so if it comes out terrible...........it's all on you baby!!! Lol!
