As unfair …Dear Roula, The only reason for this review of yours is that we did not agree for you to blackmail us in order for you not to pay for your expenses in our hotel. As unfair as this is to us, I am actually glad that you went through with your threat and wrote this review, because this gives me an opportunity to tell to all people like you, who think that they can blackmail us with bad reviews in order not to pay for their stay or for their expenses, that this is not going to work. If this is what you do, just go and try your luck somewhere else. We did everything possible to make your stay with us perfect – you came for check in at 8:30 in the morning, with two babies and a small child without bothering to check whether the apartment is free or whether you can check in so early, while knowing that the normal check-in is at 14:00. Still, we had your apartment ready and accommodated you straight away. Your apartment was cleaned and towels changed daily, bed linen and bathrobes changed several times during your stay. As to the “small spaces” you stayed in an apartment with two bedrooms of 75 sq.m., which according to your own words, was two times bigger than where you live. The only reason you are writing that the food was bad is because the Manager kindly ask you not to take whole serving plates from the buffet and then leave the food to be thrown away. Because we are a green hotel, doing our best not to waste, and we think that taking a plate of 12 croissants so that 10 can be thrown away, is not right. Your argument that “I paid, I can throw it all away” is not in accordance with what we are trying to do, the food can be donated to people in need instead of thrown away. You were not taking into account any other guests in the hotel, behaving like you are the only ones in the hotel, making mess everywhere you went, making the life or all our staff and other guests miserable. In spite of this, we still did our best to make you feel good and your stay enjoyable. However, if you are bringing this hatred and negative energy with you, there is so much we can do. We can make perfect conditions for you to have carefree and fun vacation, but we cannot have fun instead of you, if you are set on being miserable and taking everybody in the hotel with you for the ride.
