I had an exceptional experience with Pizza 73 at this location! The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. My order arrived piping hot and exactly on time, which is rare these days. The food quality was excellent—fresh, delicious, and made just the way I requested. If you're looking for a reliable pizza place with top-notch service and timely delivery, I highly recommend this Pizza 73 location. Keep up the great work! I had a big today it was fantastic best taste and service i would recommend everyone to try pizza from McKnight pizza 73 Firstly I ordered medium tandoori panner pizza then i ordered again because the taste was too good best service and taste thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So I ordered from this store through the app. My order got placed at 3:44 PM on Nov 6, 2024. The app showed that the order would be delivered in 40 minutes. I waited and one hour passed and at around 4.50 PM the app showed that the order has been delivered. We live in an apartment building and in order to get in , you either need a phobe or intercom. We never received any intercom and the order. I called Pizza 73 support, they said that driver is 3-4 minutes away and he would call you. It was a glitch in the app. I waited 10 minutes , but nothing. Again called the support , and this time they changed the story and said that the order is already been delivered 20 minutes ago and the driver is now at the store. The driver (GURAMANJIT) called and started arguing that he has given the order to some lady. How can someone give the order without verifying the details? The instructions were to leave the order at the door and not to give it to someone. This is a serious food safety concern. It is clear that they lack professionalism and customer service especially "GURAMANJIT". He said "Do whatever you want to do , I will not deliver again" . Who is he? Some kind of goon? Wasted 2 hours for a simple pizza order. Would not recommend this store at all. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
