I don’t even know where to start with this Pizza Hut because I haven’t been so frustrated with such bad service in a while, on Friday 3 November we waited an hour and a half for our food, which arrived cold, last night 5 November, we ordered 3 Melts and only got two, the Fiery Chicken had the incorrect sauce and almost no toppings, I called Pizza Hut Honeydew and they advised that they will remake the fiery chicken and send us the one that we were missing in 20-25 min, after 40 min I had to call them again and ask them where my food was, my initial order was 17:30, my daughter only got to eat at before 08:00, eventually it was delivered but with no sauces, none of the two had sauces, I am never supporting this store again, it’s a shame that the app basically forces delivery from Honeydew due to it being the closest, however I will just then not order. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 100–150 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We bought 2 pizzas today the bacon tasted sour and the avo was hard well to be honest I really didn't like it for my first time having pizza in this area..

Ordered 3 pizzas and was totally disappointed, barely any toppings , the bacon avo feta pizza had only 3 tiny pieces of avo , not to mention it was slapped together by someone who just didn't care... avoid Pizza Hut Rock Cottage
