I called to place a pickup order at a specific location, they told me it would be 20 mins. I have a small child in the car and was on a time restraint. When I showed up the store didn’t have my order, when I called to inquire, they said the order went to the wrong location and he could have them make the pizza, due to time constraint and already ordering 30 mins prior, I wasn’t able to wait. The customer service representative offered no alternative (slices, a discount for next time, etc.) even when asked. I will not be ordering from pizzaville again. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1
