If you're into quality spontaneously, barrel-fermented beers then you absolutely must check this place out. Brandon was so generous with his time and knowledge. As a fellow craft brewer, we talked about the ins and outs of the art and science of beer making. The taproom has a lovely vibe and the kids, wife and I enjoyed a game of snap with the deck of cards on offer. Had a blast.

Primitive Beer is an exceptional brewery, producing a style of beer that takes dedication, intrepid exploration of brewing technique, and a passion for new and exciting flavors. Inspired from a unique and storied Belgian brewing tradition, Primitive Beer brings some of the best examples of spontaneously inoculated beer to the front range of Colorado. We are lucky to have them as they help to show us how wonderful and fun the beer world can be. Not to mention the owners of Primitive are exceptionally thoughtful, and funny. With a slogan like Spon Spon Bing Bong, how can you go wrong!
