The guy in sneakers, as I understand it, the administrator, without any regret, says that this is what happens, from 2 o’clock they drink, we can’t make a reservation for the whole day, they usually don’t stay that long (we arrived at 6), what can you do, sit at another table . A competent caterer in such cases tells the first customers that you can sit at this table, but there is a reservation for 6 hours, either leave at this time or sit at another table, everything is simple, but he apparently does not know what running a restaurant is. There is only one waitress in the entire restaurant, who simply does not have time to serve about 5 tables, but she tries, and this guy in sneakers reluctantly helps her and makes it look more accurate.
