Ordered 4 dishs. Satay was okay, the peanut sauce tasted from the can you can buy at the grossary store. Roti and curry was okay. The kway teow was nice and spicy but hardly any chicken. Now the spoiler the Penang Laksa, Sadly lacked flavour just tasted like raw fish water. All dishes came out one by one. Over all, staff was nice. The laksa was over priced and disappointing.

Hi Kirin, Thanks for visiting Izz Cafe. At the time preparing your order, we are making few other order that include repeat Laksa Penang and bulk of satay for party. Laksa penang is light sour Fish broth noodle (not contain coconut milk), totally different from curry laksa that contain coconut milk. Sorry to hear that the dishes doesn’t meet your expectation and the Laksa Penang overpriced for you. We are very happy to give refund for your Laksa Penang order. I’m so happy to find this Malaysian restaurant in Geelong. It’s definitely a hidden gem. The owner is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and authentic. I’d ordered the food for my 1 year old son birthday party and I received so many good comments. Everyone really enjoyed the food. Thank you Izz Cafe :)
