They raised the beer prices substantially and food quality has fallen off. Often hard to get a table/seat at bar. Too bad.

Roscoe’s is a fun dive bar with pool, drinks, and serves sushi from the restaurant next door-Miyamoto’s. When we first arrived, there wasn’t any seating so we played a round of pool. The table takes quarters, so you may need to head to the bar to grab coins. A table quickly opened up next to the pool table so we grabbed it. It was busy for a bit, but the place did empty out after a while. There’s also some pinball to play. If you are wanting to buy Miyamoto’s sushi from Roscoe’s, you do need to purchase something from Roscoe’s as well. I think this can be food, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. We ended up buying the chicken strips appetizer. It was good, but I do wish the chicken was crispier. Bathroom is sketchy and dirty, hold it in if you can! Overall a chill place that I would return to and grab a drink. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I live in the neighborhood, and have made the decision between Roscoe's or Observatory many a night. Until recently, either way you're getting a good meal. Sometime in the last 6 months or so, Roscoe's food quality has changed drastically for the worse. Mealy, weird burger meat. I mean, just the texture of it by itself was enough to make me feel instantly ill. That same burger, ordered with no onions, came with approximately one half onion, and not a fresh, crispy onion. This onion was soggy, sad, and obviously very old. My son's chicken tenders were a dark, burnt brown color and tasted exactly how they looked, burned. We ate tots and fries for dinner, but paid Portland burger and chicken tenders prices for it. Avoid the food, I'm sure the beer is fine, they just have to pour it. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1
