I tried to order a double pack offer via Lieferando. Everything entered, placed in the shopping cart, total €0. Great. So I called them briefly and asked what I had done wrong. What followed was for the “How NOT to deal with a customer” course. I was just told that it was all Lieferando's fault (who puts the items into the system?), I have no idea why, I should just choose something else, "Yeah, what should I do now?" was one of the sentences was thrown at me. Well, making sure that the articles I put there also work would be the first step. And if the treatment on the phone hadn't been like that, the review wouldn't have been created. We will never enter the store again, that's not how you treat customers. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

Food was completely cold Had to throw the whole sub in the trash (€18 wasted) It's sad that they're still allowed to deliver... Do yourself a favor and never order anything from this Sub Way Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food and the ambience are really great. Just like you would expect from a subway. Tastes good, good prices and good portions. The whole thing has one disadvantage: the staff is unfriendly and overwhelmed... It's a shame. Could be significantly improved and expanded. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
