Are they still open? I searched all over for Saboten before my flight but couldn't find it. Lots of eatery construction occurring in that area of HKG airport Are they temporarily closed?

Worst service ever. Train your staff on how to use the register. How can you be a fast food if you can not work the register. Other than the taste of the food, service and collecting money should next two important things. Staff does not know how to use the register, if you CAN Not Collect money, how can you make money? No matter how good the food is, if the service is terrible, it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. The service is rude and slow. If I could, I give them zero stars. Saboten should be ashamed or appalled to their branch at the Hong Kong International airport. Reviews on the food. Too salty. It felt like they dumped an entire bottle into my fried shrimp rice bowl. And the shrimp was not a crispy anywhere. My husband order the pork cult rice bowl. Salty as well. and had only 3 pieces. What happened to the balance between savory and sweet. The quality is definitely not the same. One more thing. I ordered the hot citron green tea as advertised. There's no citron in it at all. It is just some generic "organic" green tea bag in a cup. They threw the tag of in with the tea cup.
