I recently had the pleasure of dining (28 Feb 2024) at Salaam Bombay in Budapest, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant immediately caught my eye upon entering. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and each table was nicely spaced out, offering a perfect balance between privacy and socializing. It was refreshing to have some breathing room while still feeling connected to the lively atmosphere of the restaurant. Now, onto the food – we ordered Daal Palak, Veg Kolahpuri, 2 Butter Naan, Sliced Onion, Rice, and Mango Lassi. Every dish was a masterpiece in both presentation and taste. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the portion sizes were generous without being overwhelming. Each bite was a delight for the senses, and I couldn't help but savor every moment.
