After calling the shop, the shopguy told it must be due to calclium chemical used by them in freezing process must have been remain and asked to take the free replacement..
On visiting outlet for complaint, the shop guy completele denied to replace and have reversed his promise made on call, offering reason he cant replace since u have to bring the plastic which was used to wrap as evidence..though verbally he agreed this happened due to calcium used and must have touched the ice cream..but didnt took cognizance that it might turn out to be hazardous to health and at the same time being rude and denied even for the replacement....
This shows the worst business ethics and food quality follower by Sanjay Ice cream.
After such ridiculous argument, my faith in so called reputed sanjay kulfi brand took a hit as they dont care about the quality and customer service and simply backs out of their promise...
Hope this review help the owners to take right steps in improving customer service and quality and make customer aware on the risk in food quality and its impace on the customer health..
