Muy bueno, sistema muy original para hacer el pedido desde la mesa, estilo bufet y a través de una tablet tienes 2 hrs para comer lo que quieras y pedir cuántas veces quieras.

We often enjoyed eating here, unfortunately the last time was a big disappointment. More than half of what was ordered was not served. When we complained about this, we were initially told that we were getting enough and otherwise we would have to order more. At home it turned out that too much had been charged. In short, bad experience and poor complaint handling. Had dinner at Sapporo today. 3rd round found a long blonde hair after a bite of a sushi roll. Which I wonder why people always say that there are bald men in the kitchen, just like at Kimono Almere after finding a hair in a sushi. First we looked at our hair while the manager himself pulled the hair out of the sushi roll. I find this so gross myself! The manager has apologised, but don't make excuses as we asked a waitress if there were any bald men in the kitchen. She said no, even with medium length hair. Manager looked and said I don't know how it got in no one has her in the kitchen maybe waitress? So I said, the waitress is going to roll out that roll, put her hair in it and roll it up nicely again? Whatever she came across was not okay! Anyway, for 1 person who took a bite of the sushi roll, child price was charged, but after that they did not want to eat sushi anymore. No problem, lots of other dishes, but then you start paying attention again and eating out is no longer fun! Otherwise, the lamb chops and tenderloin were tasty. Sushi were mediocre, cold and very small thinly sliced. Asked 3 times about ordered dishes that were not served, but after asking they were served again.
