Such a pleasant little shop. The cashier was so kind and easy to talk to. The owner was very helpful and nice as well. My family comes to the shop every time we visit evergreen. Best fudge ever.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at the store! I came in to look for gluten-free items for my daughter. I asked if they had anything and I found out from the owner that "All" of fudge the was. So I started ordering, and this is when she began giving me an more obvious attitude. I asked about the size that was already pre-cut of birthday cake. She told me that the birthday cake was not gluten free. My response was oh I'm sorry I did not know. She pointed towards a very small sign that said fudge gluten free and I'm parentheses except for a birthday cake. She was disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and in front of my children. Celiac disease is not a gluten allergy but an autoimmune disease recognized by the American disability Association. Those who suffer from it should not be treated poorly or differently. In addition, I am disabled which was visually impaired by the American disability Association as well. When I told her she could should be nicer, she got snippy and even more rude. She created a scene in her own store in front of other customers and unfortunately my children. She said if I thought she was rude that I can leave her store. I will be reporting the situation everywhere I can because I frequent small businesses so they can thrive. However I will not be discriminated against or treated differently than other clients due to any factors including race, ethnicity, gender or disability. I would highly recommend that no one frequents this store!

I was in the store today with my 2 sons 6&8. The owner was extremely rude to my son and I. My 8 year old is autistic but very quiet and respectful. He wanted one if the toys in the store. I was a few feet away getting candy. He started to take the toy off the shelf and the owner yelled at him. I walked over and noticed a sign on the display that said do not remove. I told her he can't read and waited for her to finish up with another customer. When she was finished she was VERY rude. I asked if she could get the toy for him since he isn't supposed to touch it. She ignored me and I said " he can't read your sign". She said parents should stay with their children, mind you, this is a tiny store and my son is well behaved. She then told me to get out. The google reviews back up my review. As I walked out a woman on the street told me she had a similar run in with this lady. It must be hard being that miserable. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN ON THIS STORE.
