I've been to two other Sixty Vines locations and had amazing experiences - so I decided to bring my family to dinner here tonight. Let me say, the food is amazing but I have never experienced such horrible service. To start, we made reservations for 7:30pm and were not seated til nearly 8pm... We're finally seated and eventually "greeted" by our server, Jonah, who started the introduction as "are you not drinking anything other than water?" There was no hi, my name is ___, welcome, explanation of the menu, review of their notorious wine list, etc. I requested a paper menu for my aunt who isn't phone savvy, to which he retorts "um okay but the QR code is literally right there but if you want that then you'll have to wait some time." He then returns and says "are we doing starters or just entrees?" as we begin to try and ask a menu question he interjects "ok that's fine there's no rush to order I guess" and walks away. He returns, abruptly took our food order and began to walk off before I had to ask if we could order beverages with dinner. Orders are in, food arrives (& again was delish - I would eat again, just likely at a different location) and we complete our dinner. This is the first time in my life I felt like an inconvenience to wait staff, like our orders for Pepsi and pizza at dinner were just unimaginable. We paid, tipped according to service received, and then the manager Luke came over. We told him the situation and his resolution was "when you come next time ask for Luke I'll get an appetizer," as if we would ever voluntarily dine at this location again. I give 2 stars only for the food as the saving grace - if I could rate them separately, I would rate food 4/5 (undercooked shrimp on one pizza) & service by Jonah 0/5.
