Sushi Shikon es bien conocido por servir cocina japonesa. En este lugar, prueba sus caseros sushi nigiri, su tierno pulpo y su generosa anguila. No vas a poder olvidar el estupendo vino que se puede degustar aquí.
Una serie de usuarios dicen que aquí el personal esta bien valorado. Cada vez que vengas, notarás su sorprendente servicio. Sus apropiados precios no encajan con este este lugar. Según el punto de vista de los clientes, aquí la decoración es moderna. Es un restaurante con tres estrellas Michelin que se ha ganado una visita especial.

What can I say? Probably the best sushi meal I've ever had in my life. Make sure you get the octopus. It's perfection. It's hard to justify spending this much on one meal but if you're ok with it, you'd be hard pressed to find a better omakase regardless of where you are on the planet. The chef spoke great English so it's easy to get little bits of knowledge from him. Every piece of sushi was absolutely mastery and sushi perfection. I have looked through all comments on FB here, the best sushi in HK? Really? Anyway the food is ok and the fish is kind of fresh. Some dishes are good too. However, its by far not to be the best sushi in HK to be honest! I am also surprised how my friend or guest was treated at the restaurant. I hope the management can see my comments and apologise to my friend immediately! She doesnt know how to silience her phone immediately, but it doesnt mean that you could shout at her and said she is not educated!! The taste could be quite personal, but the quality of services are not up to the standard with this price tag!

All ingredients including our fish is flown in daily from Japan and as result we are confident in the freshness. Our phone policy is in order to preserve the atmosphere for all guests. We have discussed your comments internally and whilst we do not recall any shouting or derogatory comments we will continue to do our best to ensure that customers feel welcome and comfortable at our counters.

The food - I will hands down say this is not worthy of 3 stars. Have I had better 1 star and no star sushi? Yes. Was the food good? It was good. Did it blow me away? Fuck no. Was the service the most absolute subpar service I have received for a high end restaurant? Yes. Are you not Chinese? Canto? Don't bother coming. Let me tell you the differences in service. Were we the ONLY people that ordered an entire bottle of sake. Yes. Did we choose our own sake glasses. NO. Did the people next to us who ordered a carafe get to choose their glasses. Yes. Did we get tea? No. Did everyone get tea? Yes. Did they fill our glasses when sake was low? NO. Michelin stars are a dime a dozen. If you are left handed, do they notice and angle the sushi the opposite way? No. Be perceptive and earn your fucking stars. The end. I can't say the meal was bad, but the service? Absofuckinlutely terrible and those three stars, undeserved. Would I say this about anywhere if I didn't feel strongly about it? When you spend $1500+ USD on a meal, you better believe I'm going to make sure you know it is not worth it.
