Whatever good reviews you would see here might be paid. Let me some it up This place is freaking expensive, like a 40 rupees pint would cost you 800. This is what you get in a good 5 star hotel with a great service. But this place has got a bad service. The drinks you order would be diluted with water. Who puts water in a wine and the problem is they would say it is what it is "sir" Food was just okayish. Like 2/5 and again expensive. Waiters are rude. Service is fast though. Now comes the washroom bit. Imagine you are going to a general class train in the remotest village in Bihar where at least you can go to the washroom with your slippers or shoes but this is different. There is piss overflowing out of the toilets, floors stink and there are dirty tissues all around. All they would care about is to extract more money from the clients. I wish I would have gone to my regular place open tap but had to try. Enjoy your weekend guys wasting 10k for 3 people with piss all round you, spiked and diluted drinks and bad food. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! Horrible experience with staff at Sutra Gastropub, DLF Cyberhub I went to Sutra Gastropub in Cyberhub and had a horrible experience dealing with the staff regarding removal of service charges. When I requested them to remove the service charge they simply declined showing plaque on door 'We levy 10% service charges'. I then asked them to show the circular regarding the same and they had no answer but kept arguing they have the right to charge us. Then I asked them to say the same on camera and took out my phone to record at which point the guy tried to grab my phone, asked the bouncer to show us out and threatened to ban/blacklist me from coming back. They said we can do couple of free shots and that's the maximum they could do and refused to budge. I didn't want to get into a fight and did not know what to do so just paid them and came back. I would suggest everyone to avoid this place like the plague! I've filed a complaint with National Consumer Helpline as well. Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
