Very rude, slow and unprofessional service. The saleswoman was not clear on what exactly she was selling and could not answer my questions. Hello, Today, a few minutes after eight, I visited your location on Ferdinandova to buy some of the really tasty and high-quality patties you make. Again, I was met with a bad look by the new employee (she has been working there for several months). I asked for a specific slice because I like toasted. I got a quick reply in an edifying tone and was given an even worse look that you see all the patties are toasted. I indicated three times exactly which piece I wanted, and after the lady in question, visibly angry with the world and the customers, took it to cut it, I heard muttering under my breath: "did you find this exact piece?". I replied that if she doesn't feel like working, no problem, let her say. Let me make a comparison with the young girls who previously worked at the site - always smiling, welcoming and kind. Ever since this lady has been at work I have always felt a bad look, unfriendly attitude and messy and sluggish work. And this does not only happen to me, but also to many other customers when I have waited in line. In conclusion, I just want to say that from today until I see her at work, you are losing me as a customer. I will only go back if I see people who treat customers the same way as the old staff again. By the way, you must also have felt by the turnover whether I have the right to act like this and to be so enraged by the treatment of the customer that I write all this. And the competition is just a few streets away from you. At the "YAT" bakery, they welcome people with a smile and respect their choice for choosing them. They also work with quality products there and the level of the finished product is in no way inferior to yours. And it is not important what you will answer me, but what you will do.
