Manu Temple can be on your route by default, the clients' recommendation is to come to this cafe. The great location of The Deephill Vivid Stay & Riverview Cafe makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. This place serves great coffee. The cool staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Terrific service is something that visitors note in their comments. Worst place ever. It never looked as it is in photos. We extended the hotel stay and Mr Monty cheated us with double charge for 2 days saying some stories. For extension I asked him if I need to pay in advance. But he denied saying you pay on checkout. He wanted to cheat so he didn't take any advance payment. No hotel allows staying without paying advance. But Mr Monty denied advance so he can cheat later on. There is no kitchen staff, you have to manage yourself in kitchen. There is no daily bonfire. You have to plead them for bon fire. They will say wood charges are 800/- so can't do it daily. All the amenities written is not guaranteed as per Mr Monty. If they feel like doing it, they will do it. So don't believe in all the things that are written. YOU WILL NOT GET IT . hotel is at 50 MTR height and the stairs had not lights until we informed them. All the hotel staff has ran away due to the Poor Management and only 2 person is available. You will have to do everything yourself. If you need hot water, you will have to do it your self. They will ruin your holidays too. !! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

The worst thing we faced in manali....we feel cheated here and they are not providing basic necessities...we booked for one day with price of 1900(including taxes) and due to heavy luggage we extended for two days bt as online we booked 1700 and 200 rs taxes so the prices would be same as per Mr Monty but eventually we cheated and we have paid 6400 (3200 per day), we are really disappointed , the place is not worth to stay pls don't go... There is no basic things they are not providing no bonfire In 0 degree winter (only one day on 25th dec they provide at 10 pm and the host said it is from his pocket money really???) , No food ( we have to arrange our food going down 50 mtr) , no winter facilities, no morning breakfast, gyser water is also not too hot ,the basic room is not as by pictures, only one person who is managing all the things no staff for our help ssly,even we have to wash our own dishes too,if the owner is reading my post pls tell me he we come for vacation or for washes the dishes,even no cleaning of our room for three days, Then for what we are paid 3200 per day?????????????????????????? WE WANT REFUND FOr THIS PETHETIC SERVICE Mr Monty says hotel owner is not paying him for the bonfire and he is paying from his pocket. The hotel staff has Ran away due to poor management.
