I recently ordered from The Food Gallery. They are known for preparing noteworthy dishes like Mutton Dhanaak, Chicken Farcha, Cutlets, Sali Gosht, Patrani macchi & most Parsi dishes cooked in a Parsi home. TFG is essentially food Cateres who are on delivery apps - offer a la carte menu, Parsi tiffin, catering to small and big orders with a multi cusine menu.
I ordered for
#Chicken_Cutlets - loved the texture and coating of egg. Not at all oily and delicious in taste. Kids loved it.
#TFG_special_mutton_curry - A thick creamy gravy with mutton pieces. It came with long grain rice full of flavour of whole garam masala. Mixing both together to eat. It was so good , so flavourful!
#Mutton _ Kheema(Parsi Style): Spicy good portion of Kheema in thick gravy. A bit oily however taste had me reaching out for more. Finger licking. Again a hit with kids. We ate this with ladi Pav.
This is Authentic Parsi style cooking. I myself have learnt Parsi cooking and this is not the first time I have ordered from TFG. Will definitely keep ordering.
