Was here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. What might be off-putting to some people is the smoking area at the entrance to this pub. There was a lot going on, but you could still talk normally and choose a spot. Service is very friendly! All in all a great pub! Price per person: €1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unfortunately I have to say that I am quite disappointed and also annoyed. How can it be that you set a condition that speaks German so poorly that it doesn't get anything done and then also brings you the wrong food? But the highlight of the evening was that after our meal and our second drink, which was obviously still almost full, someone came to our table every few minutes and asked if we wanted to order anything else. The last time I said no, we were told that we had to pay now because it was so crowded today (it was a Wednesday). But we could still sit there. That wasn't possible in German. It's good that my partner speaks English fluently. I would have completely misunderstood it! However, we found it very rude and rude. Especially since we left 70 euros there for food and 2 drinks. So, dear Irish pub team, you should be prepared for German guests to honor you from time to time. And not everyone is a cheater, but that's how we felt after the payment request. The colleague who served you hasn't been with us long and unfortunately mistakes still happen. We will address this and ensure that something like this doesn't happen again in the future. To explain: As in every Irish pub, we also employ English-speaking staff, which has worked very well for years and we receive almost exclusively positive feedback. If you would like German-language operation, we have other operations that make communication easier. Cashing in straight away is common practice for us on Wednesdays, as it gets very busy and confusing. On the one hand, we avoid invoices remaining outstanding, and on the other hand, there are no long waiting times when there is a big rush and the guests then want to pay. We don't accuse anyone of being potential carousers, but we can't make an exception on such evenings. I hope I was able to clear up some misunderstandings and we can welcome you again. Always nice to spend an evening at the Irish Pub. When eating you have to consider that it is a pub, but the food is excellent. The service is regularly a bit overwhelmed, since usually a large number of visitors have to be served. All in all a unique pub-typical atmosphere, pub-typical food, multilingual and diverse audience, which is very refreshing if you want to meet new people and above all want to enjoy a quite relaxed atmosphere.
