Food was lovely and would definitely come again Staff did jump on you pretty much instantly for an order so could possibly give you more time to look at menu but would highly recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala

We decided at the last minute to book a table at Merchants of Spice as potentially our last date night before our baby arrives! Booking the table was so easy to do online. We were met by Misha who literally couldn’t do enough for us all evening, she was so attentive, funny and just lovely from the get go. She gave us advice on the menu and even gave me an extra chocolate “for the baby” at the end of the night which made a very pregnant chocoholic happy! Thank you so much guys, the food was top quality, piping hot, quick service and just an all round lovely experience. Will definitely be back as soon as! Although I enjoyed my experience at the merchants of spice 2.I felt a little let down by the texture of my chicken madras,very tough and not tasty at all,just big lumps of very gristle meat.Overall service was good on a very busy night for them.Would I go again? Perhaps I just hit a bad night but I maybe would think twice about dialling their number but never say never.
