Food felt stale, especially the salad and chutney. On payment, they offered 15% off. I took it and then confirmed it I can pay with Zomato. They agreed, I paid and was heading to the pool. However, they stopped and said they messed up. Zomato and coupon can’t be clubbed. I was okay and agreed to pay the discount. However, another weird behavior. They asked me to only pay in cash or card. I explained that if I use Zomato again, I’d get my regular Zomato discount. However, they kept arguing that it is a double discount. I explained all maths but they refused to hear. Finally, I gave in. I was there to enjoy pool with my family and had already wasted 20mins explaining them. In the end, I overpaid them 50/- (I had a room in hotel so no it wasn’t because I was a walk-in), ate stale food, water good evening time: I’m short, just skip and order drinks if you want. Don’t go for food. Supervisor is the worst, manager was okay but still wasn’t ready to understand the issue.

Everything was really good from check in to check out experience. Breakfast was also good with lot of choices both for kids and adults.
