“I wish I could give 0 stars. I visited during a long weekend, so I expected it to be busy. Despite having 7 to 8 staff members at the counter, none of them were taking orders from customers waiting inside; they prioritized the drive-thru instead. After waiting a long time, they finally took our order. One of my friends ordered a Habanero Chicken Bowl, but they served him a wrap instead. When he pointed out the mistake, the employee, Jaspreet, responded rudely, saying she had already made it and couldn’t change it. There was no apology—she acted as if we had no choice but to accept it, which was disrespectful. To make matters worse, when we mentioned that there were flies on the donuts, Jaspreet said she couldn’t do anything about it and continued serving them to customers. This is beyond unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal Tim Hortons customer for over 5 years, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such poor behavior from an employee.
