Still giving four stars because I love this place. The egg sandwiches just weren’t as good this time and made me very sad. The bread was not soft, eggs were overdone. Hopefully just a one time thing because I loved these sandwiches. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

After just one visit, it's easy to understand why Tokyo Premium Bakery is on Yelp's Top 10 Denver Restaurants list. I visited Japan earlier this year and have been searching for the soft breads and flavors I loved so much while there, and I found it at TPB! We tried a beef curry bun, matcha bun, red bean donut, and fruit sando. The beef curry bun is one of the best things I've ever tasted! With a crisp exterior, warm soft interior, and deliciously spiced curry filling, I'll be back to TPB just for this bun. The fruit sando was better than the ones I had in Japan-- soft white bread with fluffy cream and lots of fruit makes for the perfect texture. The matcha latte was excellent with the perfect matcha flavor level. They offer alternative milks for all coffees. The service was friendly and super fast, with our coffees and matchas being prepared in just 2-3 minutes. I have a new addiction with TPB! You will not be disappointed. Get there early (before 10:30am on weekends) to ensure you have your pick as they will sell out.
