Gran calidad /precio teniendo en cuenta que Brugge es una ciudad cara, el camarero Olivier, que nos atendió (creo que era el dueño) muy atento, amable y muy dispuesto al intentar entendernos en español, volvimos una segunda vez también para comer y exactamente igual.. De hecho nos gustó tanto que le pedimos información del hotel. El único mal sabor de boca fue al irnos, un camarero de origen aparentemente hindú, por ayudarnos a bajar el carro de bebé por un escalón, nos exigió propina, Bajo mi asombro obviamente no le dimos, y se quedó con muy mala cara. Pesima atencion. Mala educacion del dueño y del hijo del dueño y tambien de los meseros. Agresivos, machistas y racistas. La comida de muy baja calidad. Arruinaron nuestro almuerzo en Buges

Title: Disappointed Dining Experience Rating: I recently visited Uilenspiegel Brugge and unfortunately, my overall experience left a lot to be desired. From the moment we stepped in, nothing seemed to go right. I had high hopes for a satisfying culinary journey, but the restaurant failed to meet even the most basic expectations. First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the basic courtesy and attentiveness that one would expect from a dining establishment. Onto the food, which was arguably the biggest disappointment. The selection on the menu was limited, and the prices did not correspond to the quality of the dishes. When our food finally arrived, it was clear that the kitchen staff had zero regard for presentation. The dishes were sloppily plated with no attention to detail or finesse. Unfortunately, the taste didn't fare much better – the flavors were dull, lacking any discernible depth or excitement. It felt like every dish was just a hastily thrown together combination of ingredients without much thought put into the cooking process. Adding insult to injury, the portions were incredibly small, failing to provide value for the exorbitant prices paid. It was disheartening to leave the restaurant feeling hungry despite spending a considerable amount of money. Furthermore, the waiter asked one of my friends to leave the table as he only ordered a coffee, when we questioned about it he said thats the rule of their Resturant! Staff are not friendly at all. Toilets were disgusting too. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Uilenspiegel Brugge to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. From the lackluster service to the subpar food and unappealing ambiance, this restaurant failed to deliver on any front. I hope that the management takes these criticie of my frsms constructively and makes the necessary improvements to provide better experiences for future patrons. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2
