They start with providing salad. They present a masala air smoke which has a wonderful aroma. We ordered as per recommendation of the staff and they served us the best of the menu. The menu is Coming to the food we ordered:
DRINKS
Strawberry sunset : A drink with the flavours of peach, orange & strawberry fizz, it was great.
Iced tea : A delicious cooler with the flavour of peach, lime, kokum, honey & ginger.
STARTER
Crisp paneer fritter chaat : Crispy from the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. It was kind of paneer pakoda. It has paneer and patato filling with the flavour of fennel seeds. It was served with thier signature riata, sweet & bitter navratan chutney & crispy lady fingers.
Tandoori chicken poppers : These were amazing crispy chicken balls (3 pieces) with delicious filling of chicken served with makhani ketchup and cream cheese.
MAIN COURSE
Dum ka murg : A chicken dish with loaded gravy with chicken pieces, the gravy was flavoured with cashew and chilli cream.
Ambala shahi paneer : Paneer soft balls served with creamy tomato gravy. The gravy had a flavour of cardamom.
They also served us rice and daal makhani, which was the best daal makhani ever, it is highly recommended.
BREAD
Chur chur naan : The chur chur naan was a crispy butter naan with the sprinkled masala on it.

DESSERT
Rose petal ice cream : this was just yum. It was rose flavoured ice-cream served with rose petals, it was truly amazing.
Lastly they served us liquid pan, it was served with dry ice, it looked very classy and dramatic. It was basically pan but in thick liquid form.
Overall amazing and royal experience. Looking forward to visit again.
