Came here for the first time Friday, early evening and will definitely be back. We were seated immediately. It was just before 6pm and only a few tables were filled. Our server greeted us and took our drink order while we perused the menu. We ordered the gyoza, spicy tuna, tempura roll and the flaming lips which was recommended by our server, and it was delicious. Great food, excellent service and moderate prices. Looking forward to going back.

Recently opened in OKC, Yokozuna adds some flavor to the American and Tex-Mex of Chisholm Creek. Located in the East corner of Tract 30, Yokozuna OKC has two levels of seating, a bar, and two private rooms (that can be combined for one larger room, I think?). There is ample seating, much like the building where Rock & Brews currently sits. Like their predecessors such as Buddha Tao, it may be too much. Why too much? It looked beyond empty. We dined at 7:30 PM on a Wednesday evening. There was no wait. There were tons of empty tables and chairs. But we were told the drink order may take awhile because they "were backed up" The service was friendly and genuine. Our server, Tony, was patient with us as we perused the extensive menu. I'm most saddened that my picture didn't come out right for one of the entrees. The food was great. The ambience was good. Even though it was empty, it still seemed cramped. I know that makes no sense. I should have taken a picture of how close the dining guests were sitting next to each other. Can't wait to go back and try more items. I hope it can sustain. I'm sure once the rest of Tract 30 is in, there will be plenty of business flowing. Oh! And one more thing...there is a chance that instead of a fortune, your cookie may have a saki shot! Don't forget to check!
