Today, I got into one of the most ridiculous situations, and I just wanted to buy bread and a croissant. Do you see these two products, with the situation that they are sitting in the same room, you cannot buy them from the frowning, suffering from life, blue-eyed saleswoman, and you have to wait for the other lazy cow to get tired that she had another job and is not satisfied with life...get me another job, Marie! The attitude was beyond all criticism, just close your vile oven and never open it again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As many other places once it get popular the quality drops. Not sure if this is caused by the owners being greedy or the new staff is learning, but from a favorite place it turn to be one I avoid. Since couple of months my favorite "burek" isn't even close to what it was. Also check how does my "gevrek" looks like this morning. I really hope this feedback will reach someone who cares. Very disappointing! Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: BGN 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The quality has started to drop. The patties are super greasy - swimming in oil. Rude staff, especially the saleswoman.
