So I ordered my regular burnt chicken garlic rice with Chicken Schezwan and it was good as usual. Also ordered the grilled fish. Both the dishes were good but when it came to bill payment I asked them if they could waive the service charge cause I always get it waived and pay tips separately. This time they refused and then I checked the same with the manager but he was very rude to me. He said that we have written in bold letters on the front gate that we take 10% service charge and even after that if you want to get it removed then I can do so. But the tone in which he said this was very condescending and intimidating. At moments I was wondering whether my conversing in Hindi led him judging that he can talk to me like that.
I could have paid the service charge as well but the tone could have been nicer. On the basis of this experience I don't intend to visit them again because other good restaurants are also there.
