Who doesn't like to be foul-mouthed while dining at a restaurant? The waiters here have, what you'd call, "Berliner Schnauze", which is a neglectance of politeness the locals are totally fine with. In other words, it's publicly accepted to be rude to the customer, and vice versa. If you're a local, that's what you'd expect when walking into a restaurant. As a tourist, this can be, well, a bit offputting. On the food side: Zeper-tal claims to have the biggest Schnitzel in the area, which is probably true. The meat was tender and overall well tasty, however they drain their Schnitzel in some generic sauce depending on what you order ("Mexiko Schnitzel": topped with carbonara sauce, "Jaeger Schnitzel": topped with some brown hearty sauce) but you can tell that at least the sauce comes straight from the supermarket. Nothing home-made here. This is typical for these kind of local restaurants, and I wish there'd be a stronger sense for taste and authenticity. And less "Berliner Schnauze".
