• Payment
  All prices will be FOB, and to include the wholesale price, the credit card processing fee for manual entry processing of 0.0375%, plus shipping charges. If payment is by check, orders will be shipped after the check has cleared the bank, and of course, would not include any cc processing fees... only product and shipping amounts.
• How to Order
  The Wholesale Application must be completed for consideration in the Wholesale Program. Once approved, wholesale orders can be placed online or by email. Placing orders by phone will still require acknowledgement of the order in writing (online or email) before the order can be processed. Proper documents for wholesale business must be on file including a wholesale application.
• Shipping
  Orders will be shipped out on Monday and Tuesday (excepting Monday/Holiday closures) . During warm weather (see our regular shipping policies) , cold packs and styrofoam coolers will be used which necessitates some extra charges.

This is a splendid sampler to taste our frequently rotating truffle creations. We are a small closely held family business making all our creations by hand in small batches, striving to bring you the best in 'Classic' tastes and combinations.

• The Alexander Logo Program Is a 1200 Truffle (Minimum Order) , with One-Time Custom Set-Up Fees of Either $200 (One-Color Logo) Or $350 (Two Color Logo) .
  The set-up fees include: graphic layout of the logo, creation of a template, production costs of the logo transfer sheets for 1200 images and shipping/handling fees.
• The Recommended Retail Price for 1200 Truffles Is Normally $3,564, However
  A 20% discount off this retail price will be applied, bringing the discounted price to $2,851 (plus the above stated set-up fees) .
• For Best Possible Results Logos Files Must Be Submitted in An Editable Vector-Based Pdf, Ai Or Eps File Format.
  A JPG file may be used if it is a high resolution file and the design is only one color. Three color or four color Custom transfer designs can only be quoted after the artwork file has been reviewed.
• Please Note: Custom Logo Set-Up Fees Are in Addition to the Purchase Price of the Truffles.
• Additional Or Repeat Orders for the Same Logo Will Involve Costs Only for the Logo Transfer Sheets and Shipping/handling Fees.
• Lead-Time Is Generally 3 to 5 Weeks for All Custom Orders.
