Bistrot XVI está muy cerca de Eglise Saint Honore d'Eylau. Aquí puedes pedir un excelente vino. Su sensacional café hará que tu comida parezca aún mejor, lo que, con seguridad, te hará volver. Las ensaladas de este restaurante no son muy del agrado de sus usuarios.
Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es muy activo. Muchos críticos apuntan que el servicio es sorprendente. Con toda seguridad vas a disfrutar de su delicado ambiente. De acuerdo con los comentarios de los visitantes en Google, Bistrot XVI merece un 4,2.

It was a pleasure to stay around Av. Victor Hugo and dine in the many brasseries around the circle. Many are quite nice if not very similar with slightly different Parisian themes. But for tonight we wanted something a little more "French" and found this place just steps off the circle down Rue Copernic. Let's establish right now that this place is all of old Paris charming. Lelia is the manager and immediately welcomed us to our table just outside the front of the place. She recognized we were English speakers and brought us out the board to review and offered to come back and translate if we had trouble. We managed to use the Google Translate app and had no problems. The food here specializes in the Auvergne region, down to the incredible Auvergne cheese (found in the Aligot - which is to die for!) Frédéric Boulanger's taste in food is impeccable! I had the Aligot, saucisse au couteau 16,50 € - and it was just the right amount of meats and aligot, with a savory onion sauce - complimented by a local beer (we are Americans after all.) We arrived quite late for dinner, and it's wonderful that this place is open to 2am - when we came the place was very quiet and quickly became overwhelmed with locals. As we are surrounded by embassys and upscale offices - it makes sense that this would be the late post-work hangout. The locals swelled into the streets and were greeted with wines and glasses and they sung and cheered and had a smashing time - it was most enjoyable to watch. Even as they were crushed with people - Lelia was always attentive and made sure to send another waiter out to make sure we were taken care of. Patience is key for these local places, they will take care of you at Paris speed - which means enjoy your surroundings and savor the environment, the wine and the locals. When we come back to Paris, Le Bistrot XVI will be on our radar. Bon appétit!
