Awesome food and excellent service. Totally love this place. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often. Great place to go for family gatherings. I have tried several dishes and never been disappointed. We had a great time.

I live in Texas and love to eat. These Italian goons have not given me my food in 3 days. While I never told them I needed food, nor that I want it shipped to Texas, their pitiful service astounds me. They should know.

(Please read until end.) They have incredible, authentic Italian food and while I live less than 3 miles away I have only placed my orders thru delivery (Door Dash), and have yet to eat at the establishment itself. I had placed roughly ten orders this year without trouble. Then suddenly, without explanation, my last few orders have been cancelled. I always got an email saying the restaurant didn't have the ingredients available, and the orders were spaced out enough that I didn't think too much of it - until my order today. I made sure to select "go with merchant recommendation" and even wrote a note "please don't cancel. If items are unavailable go with chef recommendation or call me please". Sure as rain, within five minutes my order was cancelled. I called the restaurant to see what this was about - as soon as I had gotten my name out [who seemed to be] the owner said "I didn't want to have this conversation Kassi, but it is not the delivery service it is you - we will always cancel your order. We will never serve you. Goodbye." I was trying to ask why on Earth I've been suddenly banned from our favorite local eatery but I was hung up on without explanation. I really am baffled as to why this happened and would love to make amends - I feel like surely there has been a misunderstanding as I have always had nothing but love for Botto's, and I would really appreciate the opportunity to discuss this. I don't thinking hanging up on me & speaking to me like that was necessary, and I really would like to understand where this is coming from.
