Unique experience, luxurious hotel with very comfortable rooms, amazing view, all the necessary facilities. Spa, 24 hour gym and unique breakfast with unique staff. Chef Mehmet and Emre Kocaoglli who offered us the daily service stood out. Every day they took care of us with their wonderful mood and kindness first and then with the unforgettable flavors of the dishes and the impeccable service!! Also special is the reception man, whose name escapes me because it's in Turkish and I didn't note it down! He had just started working at the hotel and I think he was an ideal addition to this environment as his kind personality, his intelligence, his humor and above all his professionalism stood out in our eyes! If there was a way to rate this hotel a 6 star I would gladly. Words can’t express how incredible this hotel is, everything you need in one building. The room was very clean, spacious, and the most important, the bed was great. The service by far one of the best I’ve experienced, there are not many hotels that could top this service. Every request I made was fulfilled, I wasn’t told “NO” once. Many would go above and beyond for my family, giving us gifts, making sure we were enjoying our stay. The Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner had many options as well as many restaurants in the hotel. The pool deck was awesome but I only wish that the pool would be more warmer. For traveling tourist, I felt very safe in the hotel and never once felt uncomfortable. I extremely recommend you to stay at the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul because you will have an amazing time. Shoutout to Tanju, Emre M, the Spa manager, and many others to mention. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
