The employees treat customers horribly. I just stood here and watched someone yell at a customer that the hazelnut drink was theirs and when the customer said she ordered it with caramel, the employee didn't even apologize. They screw up food orders frequently. The only reason they're in business is because it's Dunkin and it's in the mall. People are too brainwashed to just not go there because of how bad it is. I placed a mobile order at 7:58pm tonight and when I went to pick up my order, I was told that the sandwich station and fryer were closed down for the night. The store closes at 9:30pm. This is ridiculous and not the first issue I've had; they never make my or my coworkers' coffee correctly. On my previous two trips, I've ordered mocha macchiatos and have gotten plain macchiatos that taste burnt, and I have complained and was told oh well. I reccomend people check out other coffee shops in the mall as I've never had an issue with any of those. I will not be going back to Dunkin'.
