Lets start with the positive, yummy food and decent size portions. I always order a pot of tea & it is always weak, doesnt matter how long i brew it for. The waiters are always pleasant & helpful though. Unfortunately the 2 young girls at the counter are always quite sour, not a smile at all, not happy to be there ever, as a customer i always feel inconvenient to them even though thats why they are there. Its such a shame because the Jamaica Blue at the other end of the mall is great! Sadly i wouldnt go there anymore, I would pop upstairs to the other cafe. I hope the owner sees this review and makes changes to their team because it can be great like it used to be. I don't usually have lunch when out shopping but decided to treat myself while Christmas shopping. I'd thoroughly enjoyed the festive atmosphere. It was really busy however, and there was quite a line up and not many free tables but the staff kept things moving along nicely. I chose a Club Sandwich which was delightful and very generous, and a Chai Latte which was perfect. A table was available in perfect time. To top it off the staff took the time to compliment the festive bright pink lipstick I was wearing to match my hot pink dress. I was absolutely delighted as I'm just somebody's Grandma these days and at 65 years old compliments are not flowing as freely as when I was much younger ! Thank you so much. I'm so glad I stopped for lunch. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
