I was a longtime customer of Kambo. The restaurant has changed management with some new male and female staff members, but some of the old staff are apparently not working there anymore. They have kept the same name as the old restaurant. I ordered my usuals but there were a lot of changes to the menu but some of the old dishes were there. The food is completely different and not as tasty as it was. Very disappointing. My friend’s dish was the same as the old restaurant but mine was not. The food was presented in a dismal way and unsurprisingly lacks flavour and does not taste nice at all. I should have known as we were the only customers in the restaurant - there were no other customers. And for the price we paid, it’s disheartening. The interiors have changed, the menu has changed, and the ambience is gone - it has lost its charm Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love this restaurant and visit everytime I'm in Waterford. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Excellent take-away service too.
