We had a marvelous experience dining in this great restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere were great and we had the pleasure to meet the chef and exchange a few words with him. A truly delightful experience! This was our third visit to Origine par Tomofumi Uchimura over the past several years. We’ve been blown away by the quality of cuisine on offer each time we have visited — and never more so than today! 1) Delicious, inventive, and perfectly presented dishes that truly *wow* at every course. 2) An extremely knowledgeable sommelier. 3) Skilled, confident, and perfectly attentive service — without pretense or stuffiness. 4) Excellent value for money compared to other fine options in the Burgundy region. We dined at a well-known, three-starred restaurant nearby earlier this week and found it considerably less enjoyable. We can only expect that Mr Uchimura’s second star will be arriving soon!
