Day Sailer is our German style Pilsner made with all German ingredients. Dry with a nice noble hop character, this beer is a true labor of love for our brewer. He brews it early in winter and lagers it for two months or more until it is ready by late spring. Crystal clear, crisp, and clean, Day Sailer is sure to delight your senses. 4.5% ABV | 30 IBU

Here at Sound to Summit Brewing we like to have our pie and drink it too. Two hearty additions of blueberry give this beer a lovely purple hue and a delightful flavor that compliments its tartness. Flavors of cinnamon, marshmallow, and graham cracker come together to provide this beer with a sweeter finish reminiscent of pie crust. With a tart start and a sweet finish, this beer will leave you wanting another slice… I mean sip. 6.7% ABV | 5 IBU

Whether you are a skier or snowboarder, everyone knows that powder days are the ones you live for! We tried to create a beer that embodied that satisfaction. Powder Hungry Hazy Pale Ale is light on the palate and smooth like freshly fallen snow. It has a bready, citrus, and tropical flavor while also jumping out of its boots with aromas of fresh-cut pineapple and candied orange. It is a beer that you want in hand to pregame your day or after shredding it on your runs. 5.5% ABV | 30 IBU

Mosaic, El Dorado, and Talus hops play together in beautiful harmony in this luscious Hazy IPA. Aromas of tangerine, kiwi, and grapefruit burst out of the glass. Bright orange flavors coat your palate, and a smooth finish rounds out the beer. Marine Layer Hazy IPA is a delightful escape into tropical hop heaven. This brew pours a cloudy, golden hue, releasing an aromatic wave of juicy mango, ripe pineapple, and zesty citrus. The mouthfeel is soft and pillowy, with a subtle sweetness balanced by a gentle hop bitterness. The hazy character lends a creamy texture, while the vibrant hop profile explodes with flavor, leaving a lingering, refreshing finish that evokes the sun-drenched coast. 6.2% ABV | 38 IBU

Bursting with aromas of ripe passionfruit, guava, and a touch of grapefruit, our newest IPA utilizes thiol boosting yeast for an extra punch of tropical flavors and aroma. Idaho 7, Azacca, and Simcoe hops perfectly complement the flavors produced by the yeast by leaning into the ripe tropical fruit notes while also contributing a heavy dankness and a solid bitterness which comes together into a beautifully balanced beer that’ll leave you wanting more. 6.2% ABV | 60 IBU

2022 Silver Medal Winner, US Open Beer Championship, Amber/Red 2022 Gold Medal Winner, Washington Brewers, Amber A beautiful, amber colored beer with a thick head of foam, Night Sky Red Ale gets its name from the old sailing adage, “red sky at night, sailor’s delight.” This beer is nicely balanced with a robust malt character accented by wheat, munich, and dark crystal malts, and an evergreen hop presence. It is like drinking a sip of the Northwest. 5.4% ABV | 32 iBU

Always a fan favorite, the Peanut Butter Porter is a beer that is light in body but strong on flavor. It pours a medium brown color with a tan head and carries a smooth peanut butter character all the way from the nose to the palate. Not overly sweet, but just the right amount of peanut butter goodness. 6.3% ABV | 30 IBU

Beautiful aromas of caramel, raisin, and toasted marshmallow stand out in the nose of this beer. Rich and robust flavors of toffee, molasses, and caramelized dates follow. A reduction step in the boil process allows for this beer to have some kettle caramelization and depth of character, while maintaining a smooth drinkability at 8.1%. Out of the Depths Barrel Aged Imperial Stout was aged for a year in JP Trodden Bourbon barrels. Beautiful aromas of molasses, fig, anise, and black currant jump out of this beer. Flavors of dark chocolate, whole leaf tobacco, and bourbon follow up the aroma. Covid King IPA Beautiful aromas of ripe honeydew melon and candied orange jump out from this beer. In old Northwest style, it is bright orange in color and has a substantial malt character. Assertive hop bitterness but flavorful and still balanced. Brewed for all you cool cats and kittens out there who are stuck at home binging Tiger King. 7.6% 75 IBU.
